Prayer is a vital and necessary part of any Christian's life. We are exhorted by the Apostle Paul to pray without ceasing. Heritage United Pentecostal Church believes in the power of prayer. By praying we mold ourselves more in the image of Christ. Submit a prayer request here.
Our worship team leads us in vibrant worship to the King of Kings! We use a mixture of old favorites and new, contemporary styles. The focus of our worship team is to usher in an atmosphere conducive to prayer and the ministering of the Word.
Heritage Seniors was formed to minister to the 60+ seniors at Heritage. We provide opportunities for active service in the church as well as social activities outside the church. We have a prayer meeting at the church weekly and occasionally gather for breakfasts, pot-luck dinners, picnics, etc...
Welcome to Sunday School!
We look forward to meeting you, and your family!
While providing a fun and educational environment, the desire of our Sunday school department is to encourage all children to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ, to experience His love, and to grow in the knowledge of His word.
Luke 18:16, 17 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
God loves our children and we are admonished to bring them to Him, and instruct them in the ways of the Lord. We seek to follow His word, and fulfill this commandment at Heritage Sunday School!

About the bus ministry
The bus ministry services the Bristol city limits area. Drivers are scheduled for every regularly scheduled service. Please call the church at least one hour prior to service to arrange for transportation.
Things to remember
- The bus driver is only allowed to drop children off where they picked them up from. If an alternate drop-off point is desired, we must have a noterized letter signed by a legal guardian of the child prior to pick-up. No exceptions can be made.
- Please ensure you call an hour prior to the scheduled service and leave a message with your name, phone number and address.
- The bus picks up a few people each service, so there may be times when it arrives earlier or later than normal. Thank you for your consideration and understanding of the flexible nature of the schedule.
- We can only pick-up and drop-off people within the city limits of Bristol, CT. Thank you!
